Friends

Forever

Suppose we laid down a brick each time we smiled to eachother

We would have a mansion.

Or suppose we wrote down every time we thought of eachother

We would have miles of paper.

This is the way friends are.

God made it so that when we have a hard day,

we have someone to talk to. Someone that understands.

We wouldn't go to the mail-man. Or the grocer.

We go to our friend.

We don't live forever, so why do people waste their life?

Why do they make enemies?

God gave us people to love. Why don't we?

What if we had no one to love. It would be so lonely.

But I have you. And you are my friend.
