My Diet

I know I've mentioned some things concerning what I eat, but I thought I would take some time and share what my meals consist of : ) Today I'm having tacos on lettuce ; )


  • Breakfast 
A few pieces of apple
A fried egg
Some slices of banana

  • Lunch (this varies from day to day so I will give some of the things I might have)
  1. Tacos on lettuce shells
  2. Vegetable soup
  3. Stir-fry
  4. Quinoa, meat, and veggies
  5. Chicken and sweet potatoes 
A salad
Steamed green beans

  • Dinner
Salad
Leftovers
Sweet potatoes

  • Snacks
Dried fruit- Dates, raisins, etc.
Apple
Chocolate Chips 63% cacao
